Primary chemical injection with Calcium Polysulfide generates a reaction between Calcium Hydroxide and Silicon Dioxide forming Calcium Silicate Hydrate, common cement.  This material will cure creating measurable structural integrity.  Leachability of toxic constituents will not exceed the levels recorded in virgin, Ordinary Portland Cement products as documented by the US EPA.

 

Chemically stabilized, hydrated material in place after Calcium Polysulfide Environmental Remediation can be processed by mobile concrete crushing and batch plant equipment to create an engineered, synthetic aggregate material ready for use in the construction of Highways, Roads, Bridges and other cementious structures.
